That’s why I’m offering a 2.5-hour online workshop—a gentle space to pause, rest, and come home to your inner calm.

More softness. More stillness. More of yourself.
What to expect
✨ Gentle breathwork (pranayama) to ground and center
✨ Yin yoga to release tension and open the body
✨ Yoga Nidra and meditation to invite deep rest and inner stillness
This is time just for you.
No pressure, no pushing—just space to be.
